Aquarêve is a high-end swimming pool manufacturer on the French Riviera and also a member of the Esprit Piscine (gathering of swimming pools manufacturers in France) group. It was founded in 2000 and currently employs 15 people.

Over the years, the company has specialized in building high-end swimming pools and luxury spas, in renovating old and out of date swimming pools. Aquarêve is also one of the winners of a CSR project lead by the PACA region.

Our job is to put in a place an well oriented acquisition strategy for the company and implement it in order to build an E-commerce plateform.


The CRESS PACA (Regional Chamber of Social and Solidarity Economy), which brings together a total of 16,500 structures (including 3,500 companies), aims to create a digital portal to enable easier connection between each member.

  • It will be a meeting place for supply and demand in the PACA region.
  • It will also enable companies to benefit from a community around common values and objectives in terms of social and solidarity economy.
  • This tool will also allow CRESS to continue its digitization.

The consulting team aims to define the portal’s format, content, selling price in accordance with the market needs.

Le village

Le Village by Credit Agricole Provence Côte d’Azur aims to accelerate growth within startups that are recruted based on a prior selection. Le village accompanies them until 24 months with a network of partners and ambassadors.

This project’s objective is to acquire and retain current partners for Le Village.


Hoopiz is a one-stop SaaS platform with services who offers his users community customized data analytics to support SMEs in their Credit Management strategies and follows-ups. Hoopiz is targeting SMEs B2B business in France.

SKEMA team’s role on this project is to build an effective digital marketing strategy to increase the brand awareness of HOOPIZ, that have been lunched very recently, in June 2020.

Galerie Montaigne

Galerie Montaigne, specialises in exceptional signed jewellery from the Art Deco period, nineteenth and especially the 40’s to 70’s. We present big names such as Cartiervan Cleef & ArpelsBoucheronChaumetBuccelattiVerdura, and many others.
Founded in 1997, the gallery has an excellent reputation in Monte Carlo where security and confidentiality are well established; it presents on the very active jewellery markets of Geneva, New York, London, Moscow and Hong Kong.

The objective of the project is to boost business sales by improving brand retention and expand to a new market like South East Asia by the digitalization of the traditional jewelry business.


The project’s goal is to update WellnDesk’s website and create a digital SM campaign in order to increase his online notoriety, thus finding new potential customers and expand.

The objective for the company is to create brand awareness, increase acquisition, retention and reputation in the market

SKEMA Business school

SKEMA Business School is a leading French business school, devoted to higher education and research. It was founded in 2009 as a result of the merger between L’école supérieur de commerce de Lille and CERAM Business school, Sophiia Antipolis. It offers programmes such as a BBA in Global Management, Master of Science (MS and MSc), EMBA, doctoral equivalences and executive education programs in France, Brazil, China, and the US.

This project aims at defining the different program’s personas in order to improve the acquisition process of the school. Finding Personas will allow SKEMA to be  more efficient in its marketing actions, creating a suitable UX and web design for every single group of Personas.

SKEMA Business school

This is the second project for SKEMA, the objective here is to help the school find its positioning amongst the French Business schools (Les grandes école de commerce) in order to help them increase their brand awareness. This is implimented throughout a well oriented communication and a marketing plan.
