A very digital background
Tell us more about your background before joining the MSc Digital Marketing?
About my academic background before joining the MSc Digital Marketing, I did a double degree in Business Administration in France at IPAG and in the United Kingdom at the University of South Wales.
Her student life at SKEMA Business School
Why did you decide to join the MSc Digital Marketing at SKEMA Business School?
I decided to join SKEMA Business School because of the reputation of the school, it is a famous business school in Europe. When I was looking for more information, I saw that SKEMA offers a large network that can support students’ professional career.
When you arrived here what difference “shocked” you the most?
What really impressed me on a cultural aspect was the proximity between the students and the professors and the supervisors. It’s very easy to come to them after class to discuss more with them about their expertise.
Then, academically, I realized that team projects are more encouraged and team work as a skilled is really valued.
Can you share your best memory during your time at SKEMA?
At SKEMA, I appreciate that students are able to reach the professors anytime. They are very flexible and it gives a fair learning environment.
Can you give any feedback about the Master?
It’s a good program, good academic materials, good professors but I believe there’s still room for improvement for the internal communication process, for example the peer evaluation.
What would you like to do after SKEMA?
After completing the MSc Digital Marketing, I would like to continue with my study in depth. So, I’m willing to undertake a PhD in Marketing. But I’m also open to any opportunities in marketing management.
Digital marketing as a passion
What recent news in the digital industry inspired you?
I’m passionate about the innovation in the live sports broadcasting thanks to Artificial Intelligence. Then, I’m also interested in social media because I use my cultural background to introduce the market trend of social media in China and SE Asia for the Western market. By the way, I wrote an article about monetizing social video on Chinese social networks.
What are your passions beside school?
I enjoy exploring new trends of technology and traveling as an influencer on Kwai (快手), which is a short video social platform in China and South East Asia.
